Information you send us through our forms:

• Contact forms: name, email, phone number with country code, company, the service you are interested in, budget range and your message.
• Partnership applications: organisation details, contact person, job title, email, phone, social media links you choose to share, partnership interests, goals and how you heard about us.

Technical information: like every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to keep the site secure and working.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build profiles, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

We keep inquiries and applications for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is needed for an active project, an agreement or a legal obligation. Server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider.

The website is served over HTTPS and access to our inbox and systems is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

This website and its forms are intended for adults and organisations. Our education programmes are offered to schools; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
